Requirements
- Have 2-5+ years of experience driving and growing products at startups
- Be able to build customer personas
- Have prior experience using SQL or Python to perform basic analytics
- Have endless curiosity
- Be a self-starter
- Have exceptional communication skills in writing, presenting, and storytelling
- Be comfortable centering data in the narrative and communicating with internal and external stakeholders
- Be unafraid to throw things at the wall and see what sticks
Responsibilities
- Help build the future of payments
- Contribute to product, product marketing, design, project management, and analytics
- Drive product and company forward
- Build customer personas
- Develop hypotheses on how to improve the funnel to address customer needs
- Perform basic analytics and draw high-level conclusions from data using SQL or Python
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the payments ecosystem
- Identify high-leveraging areas
- Design experiments to test how to improve in those areas
- Iterate based on the results of experiments
- Propose experiments
- Run experiments to test assumptions and gather evidence
- Ask thought-provoking questions that challenge assumptions
- Build out a narrative for at least 1 existing relationship
- Collaborate cross-functionally to get buy-in on initiatives
- Define what the next 60 days will look like
Preferred Qualifications
Have experience in payments technology, especially as it relates to processing credit instruments
