Summary
Join Counterpart Health as a Product Manager and contribute to transforming healthcare through our innovative primary care tool. You will lead a pod of engineers, clinicians, and designers to build ML products for early diagnosis of chronic conditions and improve clinical documentation workflows. This role involves owning the entire product lifecycle, from roadmap to successful landings, and requires strong leadership, data analysis skills, and a deep understanding of primary care. You will focus on delivering customer value and measuring the impact of your work on patient outcomes. Counterpart Health offers a competitive salary, equity, and a comprehensive benefits package.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2+ years of product experience
- Minimum of 4+ years of experience in primary care provider workflows OR working on data platforms OR driving innovation in healthtech, including experience in startups, digital health solutions, or emerging technologies
- Experience being part of an empowered product organization
- Proficiency with SQL, data analytics, and an understanding of machine learning approaches
Responsibilities
- Lead pods with engineers, clinicians, data scientists, and designers
- Build ML products focused on the early diagnosis of chronic conditions
- Bring automated clinical documentation to all Counterpart providers
- Build rapidly iterated MVP products leveraging new technologies
- Be a leader on a pod with the product βtriadβ
- Be the subject matter expert on the pod for all things relating to our user, business, and industry
- Focus on identifying and solving the highest impact areas both for our users and our business simultaneously
- Iteratively improve the product, finding ways to deliver customer value as early as possible in the development process
- Articulate how the pod can measure the progress itβs making
- Be accountable for the outcomes of the pod, finding solutions to problems and enabling the success of the pod
