Summary
Join Counterpart Health as a Product Manager and lead pods in building innovative healthcare products. You will own the product lifecycle, from roadmap to successful landings, focusing on early diagnosis of chronic conditions and automated clinical documentation. Collaborate with engineers, clinicians, and designers to build ML products and rapidly iterate MVPs. As a subject matter expert, you will identify and solve high-impact areas for users and the business. You will be accountable for pod outcomes and articulate the value of the pod's work through metrics. Success involves launching pod operations, shipping meaningful work, and understanding value-based care.
Requirements
- You have a minimum of 2+ years of product experience
- You have a minimum of 4+ years of experience in primary care provider workflows OR working on data platforms OR driving innovation in healthtech, including experience in startups, digital health solutions, or emerging technologies
- You have experience being part of an empowered product organization
- You are proficient with SQL, data analytics, and have an understanding of machine learning approaches
- You own outcomes. Product launches are fun, but seeing the impact of the pod’s work driving improved patient outcomes is what motivates you
Responsibilities
- Build ML products focused on the early diagnosis of chronic conditions and the associated indicators that help provide context to clinicians as to why a model is identifying risk in a patient
- Bring automated clinical documentation to all Counterpart providers by improving upon the existing AI scribing workflow in Counterpart Assistant and integrating with other currently available scribing solutions. Additionally, you will leverage scribing outputs to drive efficiencies and value throughout Counterpart Assistant
- Build rapidly iterated MVP products leveraging new technologies, fostering a culture of innovation to test strategic opportunities in collaboration with the Counterpart leadership team
- Be a leader on a pod with the product ‘triad’: product, design, engineering, and data science. As a healthcare product, we also deeply integrate and coordinate with our clinical teams (MDs, NPs, RNs, MAs, coders, billers, etc.)
- Be the subject matter expert on the pod for all things relating to our user, business, and industry
- Focus on identifying and solving the highest impact areas both for our users and our business simultaneously
- Iteratively improve the product, finding ways to deliver customer value as early as possible in the development process
- Articulate how the pod can measure the progress it’s making; if you can’t measure it, you can’t describe how you’ve moved it
- Be accountable for the outcomes of the pod, finding solutions to problems and enabling the success of the pod
