Summary

Join CoLab as a Product Manager and shape the requirements for new ideas, guide build team projects, and launch finished features to customers.

Requirements

• 3+ years Product Management experience
• Track record of working closely with multidisciplinary teams (design, development, QA, security) to successfully deliver new product features
• Ability to understand complex problems and shape simple solutions
• Experience working closely with cross-functional teams to define product strategy and roadmap
• Excellent oral and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Complete customer and user research
• Maintain roadmaps
• Brainstorm solutions to problems
• Discuss proposals and designs for new ideas with cross-functional teams
• Write clear and concise product requirements
• Create marker sketches to capture the vision, goals, and key elements of new products and features
• Represent business goals and solutions
• Work cross-functionally to solve challenges in feature development
• Arrive at the optimal outcome for the product and our customers
