Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in product management, with at least 3 years working on technical products in a SaaS environment
  • Proven track record of driving product vision, strategy, and roadmaps while delivering impactful, scalable solutions
  • Familiarity with APIs and the ability to work closely with engineering teams on technical design and implementation
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience using data to inform product decisions and strategy
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience working in Agile environments and managing the full product lifecycle, including Scrum methodologies

Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for key platform features, ensuring alignment with PandaDoc’s business objectives and customer needs
  • Identify and prioritize initiatives that enhance platform functionalities, improve operational efficiency, and drive business growth
  • Champion a user-centric approach throughout the product lifecycle, deeply understanding customer pain points and needs
  • Collaborate with UX research and design teams to gather feedback, conduct user studies, and validate design decisions to ensure intuitive and efficient user experiences
  • Partner with engineering, design, and other product managers to deliver high-impact features that enhance the platform’s capabilities
  • Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and managing expectations throughout the product development process
  • Define key metrics to measure platform performance, user engagement, and business impact
  • Leverage data analysis to identify opportunities for improvement, validate product hypotheses, and guide iterative enhancements
  • Drive experimentation and A/B testing to optimize features and increase user adoption

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with identity and access management (IAM) and/or role-based access control (RBAC)
