Product Manager

Summary

Join DeleteMe, a leader in proactive privacy protection, as a Product Manager to own the end-to-end delivery of high-quality product solutions. Requirements

• Proven ability to build Proofs of Concept (PoCs) using AI tools
• Required: experience in cybersecurity
• 3–5+ years of experience in Product Management, ideally within a high-growth or agile product environment
• Track record of successfully shipping products that solve real customer problems
• Demonstrated ability to build lightweight PoCs and use AI tools to enhance ideation and accelerate discovery (e.g. V0, Replit)
• Skilled in running structured discovery, including user interviews and validation
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies and product development best practices
• Comfortable working cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, and GTM teams
• Data-informed mindset, with experience using metrics to drive decisions
• Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
• Self-motivated, collaborative, and passionate about product quality and user experience
• Familiarity with frameworks like dual-track agile, or opportunity solution trees
• Fluency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Lead Discovery by conducting user research, gathering feedback, and validating problems and opportunities
• Accelerate Discovery with AI by using AI tools to build PoCs, drive ideation, and align stakeholders more quickly and effectively
• Build and Test PoCs to accelerate ideation and drive alignment with stakeholders using AI tools and lightweight validation
• Translate Problems into Requirements by writing lean, iterative user stories with clear acceptance criteria and prioritizing initiatives to deliver value quickly and continuously
• Run Sprint Execution by managing planning, backlog grooming, standups, and retrospectives in close partnership with Engineering
• Ensure High-Quality Delivery of product features that are timely, user-focused, and aligned with company objectives
• Measure Product Impact by tracking key product metrics and using data to inform decisions and iterate post-launch
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally with stakeholders across engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to ensure alignment and visibility
• Maintain Product Documentation, including roadmaps, specs, research insights, and decisions for team-wide clarity
• Support Strategy Development by contributing insights and feedback to the Director of Product and VP of Engineering & Product
