Product Manager

We are currently seeking a Product Manager for the SOFIA Ventas team. This role involves defining product strategy, understanding user needs, identifying improvement opportunities, managing development initiatives, and collaborating with IT and UX teams. Requirements

• Be a professional graduated in Industrial Engineering, Economics, Business Administration or related careers with solid analytical training
• Possess curiosity and passion for Artificial Intelligence (AI)
• Have leadership skills
• Be a proactive professional committed to results, with great analytical skills, understanding the dynamics of technology-focused companies, customer-oriented and with great adaptability to dynamic and challenging environments
• Have experience in data-driven environments and in collaboration with technology teams (UX, IT)
• Have experience in data exploitation, report generation and insights through SQL, Python or R

Responsibilities

• Define the strategy of the SOFIA Ventas product, focusing on providing the best experience to our users and helping them resolve their doubts or queries
• Deeply understand the needs and pain points of users to design solutions that truly matter
• Identify opportunities for improvement and work with UX and IT to develop innovative, data-driven solutions
• Manage and prioritize development initiatives, evaluating the expected impact and defining clear success criteria
• Work closely with IT, in an agile, dynamic model without a fixed roadmap, prioritizing week by week
• Foster innovation and take calculated risks to pursue new ideas
• Lead a committed and talented team that will make the product's success possible
