Summary

Requirements
- +3 years of proven experience in product management, particularly in B2B environments
- A strong technical knowledge and understanding of how web applications work and are deployed
- Strong strategic thinking with the ability to get hands-on and execute
- A customer-first mentality with the ability to deeply understand user needs and pain points
- Strong communication, collaboration and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive initiatives at scale
- Experience with agile development methodologies
Responsibilities
- Own the full product lifecycle for your assigned area, from ideation through delivery
- Develop and communicate a clear product strategy and roadmap that aligns with company goals
- Continuously identify new opportunities and features based on customer feedback, market trends, and competitive analysis
- Work cross-functionally with design, engineering, marketing, and sales teams to deliver high-quality products in rapid iterations
- Prioritise and manage the product backlog, balancing short-term goals with long-term vision
- Use data-driven insights to drive decision-making and optimize the user experience
- Champion continuous improvement in our product and engineering team
Preferred Qualifications
- A background in SaaS businesses as well as with B2B products are desirable
- Naturally creative with an eye for brilliant design and usability
- Experience and passion for the various product management and engineering methodologies - We believe in choosing and adapting methodologies to suit the company size and goals
- Smart, passionate and able to learn new things quickly
