Remote Product Manager

Summary

Join Dutchie as a Product Manager to deliver reporting software and data products for Retail owners/operators and Suppliers. You will be responsible for end-to-end reporting & analytics products & capabilities, leveraging qualitative and quantitative information to identify and prioritize opportunities.

Requirements

• 4+ years Product Management experience with a proven history of success
• Directly responsible for execution and success of your company’s reporting and data products
• Ability to synthesize complex data sets into simple insights
• Experience defining and running qualitative customer research (interviews, moderated/unmoderated UX, etc.)
• A customer-first mindset and high standards for the work you deliver
• Ability to define and prioritize across multiple initiatives
• Excellence in building cross-functional relationships
• Exceptional communication skills, verbal and written
• Curiosity, adaptability and an entrepreneurial spirit- you must be comfortable rolling up your sleeves, thriving in ambiguity, and getting the work done

Responsibilities

• Leverage qualitative and quantitative information to identify and prioritize a roadmap of the most impactful opportunities
• Work hands-on with two different engineering scrum teams to execute on the Retail and Supplier products & capabilities
• Collaborate with design, engineering, and GTM to deliver powerful meaningful data insights that drive up Monthly Active Users
• Define and execute a multi-year roadmap that establishes Dutchie as the market leader in reporting, analytics, and data products
• Support a wide variety of customers, from single location Social Equity license holders to 200+ location multi-state operators, that use our reporting products
• Support & expand our premium data services (ex. Embedded BI Reporting, Data Sharing, and Data APIs)
• Lead our mobile reporting strategy as we develop a mobile-first executive reporting product
• Collaborate with highly technical data engineers and system architects to define the next evolution of our reporting platform
