Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Product Owner/Manager in the Desktop/mobile app or SaaS industry, with a successful track record of launching and growing digital B2C products
  • Deep expertise in UI/UX design principles and methodologies
  • Experience in managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle
  • Excellent wireframing skills, experience with Figma
  • Strong understanding of performance sales funnels and user psychology
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills, capable of motivating teams and collaborating effectively with stakeholders at all levels
  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies

Responsibilities

  • Manage a Product Development Squad (UX/UI, Engineers, Scrum Masters, Analysts) across all stages of product discovery and development, from inception to release and beyond
  • Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy aligned with company goals and market needs
  • Conduct market research, analyze industry trends, gather customer feedback, and monitor competitors to inform product decisions
  • Create and maintain a product roadmap outlining feature prioritization and development timelines, balancing short-term needs with long-term vision
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and marketing to define product features and requirements based on user needs and market opportunities
  • Work closely with UX/UI designers to ensure intuitive and user-friendly product experiences, including wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
  • Lead the product development process, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and coordination with engineering teams to deliver high-quality software releases on time
  • Coordinate product releases, including beta testing, bug fixes, and rollout strategies, ensuring a smooth and successful launch
  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and regularly analyze data to track progress, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
  • Gather customer feedback through surveys, interviews, and user testing, and work closely with customer support teams to address user issues and improve product satisfaction
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop go-to-market strategies, product messaging, and sales enablement materials to drive product adoption and revenue growth
  • Foster strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization, including sales, customer success, and executive leadership, to ensure alignment and support for product initiatives
  • Serve as a product evangelist both internally and externally, representing the product at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings to promote awareness and generate excitement
  • Continuously evaluate and iterate on the product based on customer feedback, market dynamics, and emerging technologies to stay ahead of the competition and drive innovation
  • Identify potential risks and challenges related to product development, market dynamics, or competitive threats, and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact
  • Ensure that the product complies with relevant regulations and standards, and prioritize security measures to protect user data and maintain trust
