Requirements
- Experience in product management in the field of mobile financial services or payment technologies
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Strong market analysis, user research and data-driven decision-making skills
- Advanced knowledge of emerging trends and technologies in the mobile financial services sector
- Ability to develop a strategic vision and define a product roadmap
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Results-oriented, with strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-changing environment
- Master's degree (recommended but not required) in Computer Science, Electrical/Computer Engineering, Operations Research or Mathematics/Statistics
- 5 years of relevant experience in related fields
- Self-motivated, independent learner, and enjoy sharing knowledge with team members
- Familiarity with database structuring needed
- Familiarity with API based product needed
- French / English
Responsibilities
- Define a clear strategic vision for the Mobile Money platform, taking into account business objectives and customer needs
- Develop a short and long term product roadmap in collaboration with internal parties
- Conduct in-depth market and competitive research to identify opportunities and emerging trends
- Analyze user data, customer feedback and product performance to make informed decisions
- Oversee the entire product lifecycle from conception to implementation, working closely with the development, design and marketing teams
- Ensure quality and timely delivery of features and updates
- Working closely with the technical, marketing, sales and customer support teams to ensure coordination and alignment of objectives
- Ensure that the needs of the various stakeholders are taken into account in product development
- Develop and manage the budget allocated to product development activities
- Ensuring efficient use of resources and return on investment
Preferred Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of any programming language
- Asana, Trello, Jira G-Suite
