Requirements

• Experience in product management in the field of mobile financial services or payment technologies
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Strong market analysis, user research and data-driven decision-making skills
• Advanced knowledge of emerging trends and technologies in the mobile financial services sector
• Ability to develop a strategic vision and define a product roadmap
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Results-oriented, with strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-changing environment
• Master's degree (recommended but not required) in Computer Science, Electrical/Computer Engineering, Operations Research or Mathematics/Statistics
• 5 years of relevant experience in related fields
• Self-motivated, independent learner, and enjoy sharing knowledge with team members
• Familiarity with database structuring needed
• Familiarity with API based product needed
• French / English

Responsibilities

• Define a clear strategic vision for the Mobile Money platform, taking into account business objectives and customer needs
• Develop a short and long term product roadmap in collaboration with internal parties
• Conduct in-depth market and competitive research to identify opportunities and emerging trends
• Analyze user data, customer feedback and product performance to make informed decisions
• Oversee the entire product lifecycle from conception to implementation, working closely with the development, design and marketing teams
• Ensure quality and timely delivery of features and updates
• Working closely with the technical, marketing, sales and customer support teams to ensure coordination and alignment of objectives
• Ensure that the needs of the various stakeholders are taken into account in product development
• Develop and manage the budget allocated to product development activities
• Ensuring efficient use of resources and return on investment

Preferred Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of any programming language
• Asana, Trello, Jira G-Suite
