Summary

Join Gusto's Members Financial Products team as a Product Manager and contribute to building impactful financial tools for small businesses and their employees. Requirements

  • 3+ years of direct Product Management experience in Fintech, preferably with deep knowledge of fintech platforms
  • Proven track record in leading product development from conception through to launch Including knowledge of financial markets, regulations, and fintech ecosystem
  • Entrepreneurial, driven, passionate about our mission, and have deep empathy for our customers
  • Worked with mission-critical financial service providers to deliver cohesive product experiences
  • Strong strategic thinking with a keen analytical mindset
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to navigate complex technical environments and integrate various systems

Responsibilities

  • Develop and communicate a clear product vision aligned with business objectives
  • Lead initiatives to streamline product development processes and reduce time-to-market while maintaining quality
  • Drive user confidence and trust by delivering a stable and seamless product experience that is built on top of robust integrations, efficient operations, and a comprehensive risk program
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across departments including Engineering, Risk, Operations, Legal and Compliance, Finance, and Design to align product goals with business strategies, key product metrics, roadmaps, and performance reports
  • Oversee the integration of new technologies and third-party services to enhance product functionality and user experience
  • Ensure seamless API integrations and partnerships that support our product offerings
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies to mitigate financial and operational risks
  • Partner with the Risk team to help deliver a comprehensive risk management framework tailored to our fintech products
