Product Manager

You will create alignment across teams, optimize the funnel, drive efficiency, leverage data insights, and support experimentation. The ideal candidate possesses 3+ years of Product Management experience, ideally in fintech or consumer lending, and strong analytical, collaboration, and communication skills. Requirements

• Experience: 3+ years of Product Management experience, ideally in fintech or consumer lending
• Customer-Centric Approach: Proven ability to identify and prioritize customer pain points, translating them into actionable solutions
• Analytical Strength: Comfortable with data analysis, experimentation, and performance measurement to inform impactful decisions
• Collaboration Skills: Strong ability to partner effectively across diverse teams to foster alignment and build trust
• Technical Fluency: Familiarity with technical concepts and systems, enabling effective collaboration with Engineering and understanding product capabilities
• Strategic Thinking: Able to connect broader business objectives with tactical execution, identifying high-impact opportunities
• Clear Communication: Strong storytelling and communication skills to simplify complex ideas and rally teams around a shared vision

Responsibilities

• Create Alignment: Collaborate across teams to ensure alignment on objectives and priorities, from leadership to front-line teams
• Optimize the Funnel: Support strategies to improve pull-through rates and conversion across the originations journey, leveraging experimentation and data
• Drive Efficiency: Identify opportunities for process and system improvements across both front-end experiences and back-end operations to scale Originations capabilities
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work with Design, Engineering, Operations, and other stakeholders to deliver impactful solutions
• Leverage Data Insights: Partner with Data Intelligence to analyze funnel performance, member behaviors, and operational metrics to inform decisions
• Support Experimentation: Assist in designing and executing A/B tests to refine strategies and improve conversion
• Define Requirements: Break down problems into actionable product specs, including defining success criteria, MVPs, and phasing in collaboration with stakeholders
• Measure Impact: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the success of initiatives and inform iteration

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with LoanPro or Oscilar is a plus
