Product Manager

Summary

Join a growing Product team focused on customer empathy and building the next generation of observability tools. As a Product Manager, you'll drive the work and outcomes on core product features, build capabilities around workflows, and collaborate closely with engineering and design.

• Comfortable in technically complex spaces, especially in observability or in data-forward SaaS products

Responsibilities

• Own driving the work and outcomes on core product features such as querying, visualizations, and APIs
• Build capabilities around workflows through analysis and exploration of customer telemetry including traces, metrics, and logs
• Collaborate closely with engineering and design in a triad-based working model
• Build relationships and facilitate impactful technical conversations across the company, including partnering with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success
