Requirements
- Experience as a Senior Product Manager in the CPQ space
- Strong understanding of CPQ best practices and their application in a corporate setting
- Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions
- Experience launching products successfully to customers
- A multidisciplinary approach to thinking, combining market, business and technical insights to identify opportunities and weigh tradeoffs
- The ability to articulate product vision, ideas and solutions to a variety of audiences
- A deep respect for the expertise and insights of their collaborators, including engineering, design, UX research, analytics, and others
- A drive to understand customer needs deeply and truly solving for their problems
- A passion for growing healthy teams and leaders, cultivating psychological safety, and facilitating tough conversations that help people grow
- The ability to make decisions, test assumptions, and iterate - often without perfect information
- An understanding of the competitive software space
- Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms is highly desirable
Responsibilities
- Own the product vision and strategy for HubSpot's internal quoting process - CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote)
- Develop, drive and implement CPQ solutions that cater to the needs of sales and renewals teams
- Conduct thorough needs assessments and stakeholder interviews, based on data to gather insights for process improvements
- Leverage CPQ best practices to streamline quoting processes and reduce cycle times
- Lead a team and product tetrad to build, test and iterate on quoting solutions, ensuring high usability and minimal friction
- Define metrics and KPIs to monitor the effectiveness of implemented solutions
- Deliver training and support to ensure smooth adoption of new quoting processes
- Facilitate communication between team members and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment
