Requirements

  • Experience as a Senior Product Manager in the CPQ space
  • Strong understanding of CPQ best practices and their application in a corporate setting
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions
  • Experience launching products successfully to customers
  • A multidisciplinary approach to thinking, combining market, business and technical insights to identify opportunities and weigh tradeoffs
  • The ability to articulate product vision, ideas and solutions to a variety of audiences
  • A deep respect for the expertise and insights of their collaborators, including engineering, design, UX research, analytics, and others
  • A drive to understand customer needs deeply and truly solving for their problems
  • A passion for growing healthy teams and leaders, cultivating psychological safety, and facilitating tough conversations that help people grow
  • The ability to make decisions, test assumptions, and iterate - often without perfect information
  • An understanding of the competitive software space
  • Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms is highly desirable

Responsibilities

  • Own the product vision and strategy for HubSpot's internal quoting process - CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote)
  • Develop, drive and implement CPQ solutions that cater to the needs of sales and renewals teams
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments and stakeholder interviews, based on data to gather insights for process improvements
  • Leverage CPQ best practices to streamline quoting processes and reduce cycle times
  • Lead a team and product tetrad to build, test and iterate on quoting solutions, ensuring high usability and minimal friction
  • Define metrics and KPIs to monitor the effectiveness of implemented solutions
  • Deliver training and support to ensure smooth adoption of new quoting processes
  • Facilitate communication between team members and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment
