Summary
Join Infomedia, a leading global provider of SaaS and DaaS solutions to the automotive industry, as a Product Manager. You will strategically improve Microcat EPC and Superservice Menus (SSM), act as a liaison between clients and internal stakeholders, support the EMEA client base, and contribute to new revenue opportunities. Key responsibilities include managing the product backlog, ensuring alignment with product strategy, reviewing client feedback, developing business requirements, and working with various teams on product development and releases. You will also develop go-to-market strategies, conduct competitive analysis, and provide subject matter expertise to commercial teams. This role requires experience in the automotive industry, product management, and Jira, as well as fluency in German and English.
Requirements
- Work experience in the automotive industry
- Understanding of dealership aftersales processes/procedures
- Previous Product Management experience
- JIRA ticket management system (or similar)
- Business fluent level of German and English, spoken and written
- Ability to work to deadlines with good time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritise workload
- Good communication skills and distribution of information between clients and internal stakeholders
- Ability to work remotely and independently
- Good training and presentation skills
Responsibilities
- Manage the product backlog and horizon 1 product roadmap
- Ensure that all product changes are aligned with product strategy, resonate with our client base, enhance client satisfaction and increase the profitability of the products in your portfolio
- Regularly review the product Comments and Improvements received from clients (Voice of Client). Develop related improvement initiatives that enhance client satisfaction
- Develop business requirements for NEW Work Requests (NWR) working with Business Analysts when required
- Work with the BAU and Project teams to plan, schedule and develop new products and major version releases
- Develop Beta and Pilot programs that test product readiness, client satisfaction and acceptance of a new product or major enhancement
- Work with the Marketing and Sales team to develop go-to-market strategies
- Meet with clients and internal stakeholders to discuss product-related activities
- Carry out competitive analysis to benchmark our solution against others in the industry. Make this information available to internal stake holders so that it may assist with selling against the opposition
- Provide subject matter expertise to the commercial teams to enhance client relationships and assist with sales opportunities
- All other duties as required
Preferred Qualifications
- Be available to attend out of hours calls with colleagues in Australia and the US
- Willingness to travel across Europe
