Requirements
- Proven experience as a product manager or product owner in SAAS environment
- Previous experience working within agile and scrum frameworks, leading cross-functional teams through iterative product cycles and adapting to shifting priorities
- Strong leadership and decision-making abilities
- Commercially minded, with the ability to balance customer needs with business goals
- High degree of empathy, understanding customer needs

Responsibilities
- Lead a product team, including product discovery, shaping, delivery, and ensuring successful outcomes
- Drive clarity and alignment across the team, stakeholders, and organization, fostering collaboration and ensuring shared understanding of product goals
- Conduct both qualitative and quantitative research to deeply understand customer needs, challenges, and behaviors
- Act as the voice of the customer within the organization, ensuring customer feedback is consistently integrated into the product development process
- Own the near-term roadmap, curating and developing solutions that align with the companyβs strategic objectives and deliver meaningful value to customers
- Prioritize and deliver features that have a significant impact on both customers and the business
- Build detailed product plans, oversee execution, and implement key success metrics. Iterate based on performance metrics, customer feedback, and evolving business needs
- Coordinate the release process, ensuring smooth and effective product launches while maintaining clear communication with all stakeholders involved

Fintech, finance, or accounting/bookkeeping experience
