Product Manager

Summary

Join Juniper Square's growing team as an experienced product manager focused on client data migration, standardization, and cleansing. You will play a critical role in setting up clients for success and improving efficiency. This involves close collaboration with clients, the customer onboarding team, engineering, UX, and other product managers. You will own the team's long-term vision, develop a roadmap, and partner with stakeholders for execution. The ideal candidate possesses extensive experience in technical product management, a technical degree, and a proven ability to define and ship complex products iteratively. Juniper Square offers various work arrangements, from fully remote to working in physical offices.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in a technical product management role, or a combination of engineering and technical product management
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or quantitative field, or equivalent schooling or training
• Demonstrated ability to define and ship complex, technical products in an iterative, agile manner
• Comfort working with a range of levels, from envisioning entirely new products to mastering details and edge cases
• Proven ability to motivate, lead and convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences through writing, presentations and collaboration with a diverse set of business teams from engineering to operations, and product management

Responsibilities

• Develop the roadmap for your domain, and balance competing needs between features, stability and performance
• Develop deep empathy for our customers’ needs and pain points, by close collaboration with colleagues from our product and product operations teams as well as customers themselves
• Ship features and improvements frequently and iteratively, planning projects, documenting requirements, and motivating those building solutions with an understanding of the ‘why’ and the ‘what’, inspiring their ownership of the ‘how’
• Work cross-functionally with product operations and engineering teams and more to roll out new capabilities and drive adoption

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working with internal tools, operations and engineering closely
• Any prior experience in product operations or engineering
