Product Manager

Summary

Join Kraken's Consumer Core & Platform team as a Product Manager! You will identify and implement new features to enhance the core product experience, leverage client feedback and data analysis to drive improvements, and collaborate with engineering and cross-functional teams. This fully remote role requires 3-5 years of product management experience, including expertise in core features or platform capabilities, ideally within crypto/financial services. You'll need strong analytical, collaboration, and organizational skills, along with a deep understanding of project management and a passion for cryptocurrency. Requirements

• 3–5 years in Product Management, with 2+ years of expertise working on Core features or platform capabilities ideally within crypto/ financial services
• Proven track record of analyzing issues and opportunities, identifying solutions and creating impactful features and capabilities
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with a wide array of stakeholders in delivering against a roadmap
• Proactive mindset, always looking for innovative, yet simple solutions to complex problems
• Experience in data gathering, quantitative analysis, and the ability to translate these into actionable insights
• Strong interpersonal skills with experience in interacting and collaborating with diverse teams and stakeholders
• Strong organizational abilities with the skill to juggle multiple priorities effectively
• Deep understanding of project management principles and best practices
• Enthusiasm for the cryptocurrency ecosystem, with a deep belief in our mission

Responsibilities

• Identify, assess, and implement new features to continuously elevate the Core product experience
• Utilize client feedback and industry insights to drive iterative improvements to the Core product
• Leverage data to uncover trends, analyze bottlenecks, and prioritize opportunities for enhancing client experience and platform capabilities
• Collaborate closely with Engineering in identifying and prioritizing initiatives to improve performance, scalability and efficiency, and to continuously modernize our shared platform
• Lead cross-functional collaboration: Work hand-in-hand, seamlessly with other teams across the organization such as funding, onboarding and portfolio to continuously deliver thoughtfully integrated experiences
• Contribute to and execute Core & Platform strategy: Play a crucial role in shaping the strategy for Kraken’s Core product and Platform capabilities

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working on Core features or platform capabilities ideally within crypto/ financial services
