Join lastminute.com's Payments and Fintech Growth team as a Product Manager to lead key initiatives and drive strategic growth of wallet and vouchers. This high-impact role involves defining and executing the wallet strategy, increasing payments through stored methods, and innovating the voucher product. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, leverage data analysis for customer-centric solutions, and contribute to a friendly, international work environment. Experience in high-volume e-commerce and customer payments is essential. The role is full-time and permanent, based remotely in Spain.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product development experience in high volume e-commerce
- Proven track record in customer payments, card tokenization, card account updater and vouchers/coupon
- Strong strategic thinking and ability to define product vision and roadmap
- Exceptional cross-functional collaboration with agile teams (mainly product engineering) to deliver fast time-to-market quality product increments
- Analytical mindset to collect data (qualitatively and quantitatively) with a focus on customer-centric solutions
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the strategy for a customer-facing wallet
- Increase the ratio of payments through stored payment methods
- Manage, innovate and evolve the existing voucher product toward balance accounts
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with loyalty programs is highly desirable
- Experience in the travel industry
