Summary

Join our Product team as a Product Manager to shape the future of our Knowledge Management Product. This role requires strong communication skills, analytical abilities, and experience working in software/tech companies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field preferred
  • 5+ years of experience working in a software/tech company
  • 3+ years of experience working with Product in a software/tech company
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Excellent analytical abilities and can effectively use data to drive decisions
  • Motivated to deliver value in production and aren't satisfied with works-in-theory solutions
  • Collaborative, value learning and are driven to accomplish great things
  • Passion for learning, contributing and growing with the Product team and the company
  • Acceptable background check
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States full-time for any employer

Responsibilities

  • Communicate a clear product vision and strategy in alignment with the company’s overall goals
  • Conduct market research, analyze industry trends, and identify opportunities for product innovation
  • Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and other cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget
  • Define product features and user stories, taking into consideration client feedback, market demands, and technical constraints
  • Prioritize features based on their impact on the business and client satisfaction
  • Ensure successful product launches, working closely with the marketing team to develop go-to-market strategies and promotional campaigns
  • Monitor product performance and client feedback post-launch, iterating on features and improvements as needed
  • Utilize data and analytics to make informed product decisions, track KPIs, and measure the success of product initiatives
  • Communicate product updates and milestones effectively to various stakeholders
  • Uphold the core values, policies and procedures of Lucidworks
