Remote Senior Product Manager

Summary

Join our team as a Senior Product Manager, Healthcare Data for full-stack web applications and play a pivotal role in the strategy, development, and enhancement of SmarterDx's data platform. As a fully remote position within the US, you will collaborate across teams to maximize the velocity of solving important user problems.

Requirements

• 4-5+ years of product management experience for a B2B product
• 2-3+ years of experience working with EHR and/or provider data
• Proficiency in SQL
• Experience building data platforms and products powered by data
• Experience partnering with engineering and architecture teams
• Experience working at an early-stage company or similarly fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Gain a deep understanding of the SmarterDx user and buyer market
• Identify high priorities based on user needs and value
• Identify opportunities for improvement of our data infrastructure and processes
• Collaborate with Engineering and Data Science to imagine, gut-check, test, and execute future initiatives
• Understand and work around constraints (e.g. architecture, data availability, security, etc.)
• Define and report on active progress towards priorities
• Write and standardize product and technical documentation and role-model strong project management practices
• Lead agile ceremonies and conduct daily stand-ups for Engineering teams
• Develop a roadmap of product enhancements, features, and solutions to continue to innovate and evolve the product
