Summary

Join NICE CXone's core Platform team as an experienced Product Manager. Drive the development and execution of product strategies aligned with business goals, focusing on primary Administration services. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, UX, and marketing, to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Conduct market research, gather customer feedback, and manage the product roadmap. Define and track KPIs to measure product success. Effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders. This is a hybrid role (2 days onsite, 3 days remote) within a fast-paced, rapidly evolving organization.

Requirements

  • 5+ years as a Product Manager working in a SaaS environment following Agile software delivery and SDLC processes are required
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills plus the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement product strategies that align with the company's vision and market demands and drive tactical delivery of short-term items
  • Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, User Experience, and marketing to drive product development from ideation to launch. Expect to work directly with Developers in the USA and India
  • Gather and prioritize customer feedback to ensure product features meet customer needs and enhance user experience. You will be expected to work directly with account management teams to help answer questions and direct concerns to relevant teams
  • Create and maintain a detailed product roadmap, ensuring timely delivery of product milestones. This includes creating JIRA artifacts, tracking, these and escalating any potential issues as they arrive with recommendations on resolution
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and inform decision-making
  • Effectively communicate product vision, strategy, and progress on short and long term requirements to internal and external stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of AWS, Angular, and JIRA
  • Knowledge of Contact Centers
  • Proficiency in product management tools and methodologies, knowledge of Pragmatic Marketing “Practical Product Management”
  • MBA
  • Experience working with distributed teams in different countries
