Requirements

  • 3–4 years in product management, particularly within payments, fintech, or related industries
  • Solid understanding of payment gateways, PSPs, and various payment methods (credit cards, bank transfers, digital wallets)
  • Comfortable working with APIs and collaborating with engineering teams to build and troubleshoot integrations
  • Data-driven decision-making with the ability to interpret trends and measure product success
  • Deep empathy for customer pain points and the ability to translate insights into actionable product features
  • Strong organizational skills to manage backlogs, prioritize initiatives, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the product strategy for payment solutions, ensuring alignment with customer needs and business goals
  • Collaborate with engineering and design teams to build secure, user-friendly payment workflows
  • Integrate with leading PSPs and payment gateways while ensuring smooth implementation of payment methods such as cards, ACH, and digital wallets
  • Work with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize product roadmaps, features, and enhancements
  • Stay updated on payment industry trends, compliance standards, and technologies to inform product decisions
  • Partner with Sales and Customer Success to gather feedback and refine solutions that improve the user experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of compliance standards like PCI DSS
  • Familiarity with subscription billing models, including usage-based pricing or tiered plans
  • Degree in a technical or analytical discipline (e.g., Computer Science, Finance) or equivalent experience
