Summary

Join Rackner as a Program Manager, acting as both Product Manager and Agile Scrum Master for the Cerberus team within Platform One. This role involves leading product development, advising on internal initiatives, and educating customers on Rackner's offerings. You will oversee Agile projects, manage project operations, track progress, and ensure timely completion of deliverables. Experience with Agile, Scrum, DevSecOps, DoD cybersecurity, and cloud programs is essential. The position requires strong customer service and management skills, along with the ability to handle escalations. • Experience with overseeing Agile, Scrum, DevSecOps tools, DoD cybersecurity, and Cloud program
• Demonstrate technical Customer Service, Customer Management, and experience in escalations
• Secret Clearance (Eligibility)

Responsibilities

• Serve as both a Product Manager and Agile Scrum Master
• Educate future customers of Rackner's value offering
• Help with proposal development
• Lead product development for Platform One
• Advise Rackner's internal product initiatives
• Manage and lead agile projects
• Oversee the operations of individual projects within progress and coordinate time, budget and resources to complete work within program guidelines
• Track and report progress and any changes made to the initial project plan
• Focus on execution and managing functional elements of the project to include meeting deadlines, delegating tasks, and completing deliverables
• Apply fundamental concepts, processes, practices, and procedures on technical tasks
• Create and maintain documentation
