Summary

The Product Management team is seeking a Product Manager with strong product management and SaaS background to creatively solve for customer needs, manage the full product lifecycle, and build deep customer empathy. The role involves owning the product portfolio strategy, roadmap, and goals, communicating product vision effectively, justifying roadmaps with data, engaging in exploratory technical design, and working collaboratively with technical design and development.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in product management building custom software
• SaaS or Cloud-based technologies, especially in infrastructure or ideally compute or network (i.e. Kubernetes)
• Solid understanding of software development lifecycle and agile
• Familiarity and comfort with data, including ability to use data to analyze and monitor product health, set goals, back up assumptions, and track success

Responsibilities

• Creating and executing a product vision for a set of products
• Managing the full product lifecycle from strategic planning to tactical execution in collaboration with the team
• Building deep customer empathy
• Collaborating with technical design and development
• Discovering opportunities through data analysis
• Creating and communicating progress through leading indicators

Benefits

Compensation: Competitive base salary, annual performance bonus target of 10%, and long-term incentives. The expected salary range for this role is between 208 000 and 312 000 PLN gross/year (Employment Contract)
