Growth Product Manager

Summary

Join Palta, a rapidly growing tech platform with over 60 million monthly active users, as a Growth Product Manager focusing on web funnel for our new AI-powered skincare app, Lovi. You will be a crucial member of a cross-functional team driving revenue growth. Requirements

• 3+ years experience in growth in B2C subscription products, with expertise in Marketing-led growth, CRO and paid marketing
• Proven track record of building engaging storytelling onboardings that are tailored to different user segments
• Proven track record of successfully driving growth through market analysis, user researches, CRO, and revenue-centric strategies
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven approach to decision-making
• Ability to execute under deadlines and accountability for ambitious goals
• Growth/marketing experimental mindset with a desire to learn and iterate at a rapid pace
• Highly data-literate approach with a strong revenue growth intuition based on pattern customer behavior and market trends
• Confident and clear communication skills with the ability to create the right narrative for sharing ideas at every level in the organization
• Fluency in English (B2+)

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue-centric solutions that align seamlessly with our overall growth strategy
• Work alongside analysts, engineering, product managers, designers, UX researchers to achieve ambitious growth and revenue targets
• Assign tasks to the development team
• Oversee execution
