Summary
Join Rippleworks Foundation as a Product Manager, Salesforce and Analytics, and drive organizational excellence by aligning Salesforce with strategic goals, enhancing user experience, and streamlining processes. You will enable Rippleworks to deliver greater impact through optimized data collection, management, and analysis for informed decision-making. Responsibilities include translating business needs into a strategic Salesforce roadmap, acting as a liaison with tech partners, serving as the primary administrator for internal systems, supporting internal teams with Salesforce configuration changes, and driving cross-organizational learning and technology adoption. You will also align data collection with strategic learning questions, ensure data integrity, design reporting solutions, and conduct qualitative interviews to inform decision-making. The ideal candidate possesses 6+ years of experience at the intersection of business technology and data analytics, 3+ years managing Salesforce implementations, a strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, and excellent communication skills. Requirements
- 6+ years of professional experience at the intersection of business technology and data analytics, driving insights and operational efficiency
- 3+ years experience managing Salesforce implementations or product ownership
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and capabilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience managing technology vendors and external development partners
- Experience gathering and documenting business requirements
- Experience with qualitative data collection and analysis methods
Responsibilities
- Translate business needs into a strategic Salesforce roadmap in collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Act as primary liaison with tech partners; oversee development, testing, and deployment ; Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and service-level agreements
- Serve as the primary administrator for all cross-org venture related internal systems (Groove, Form Assembly, Coefficient, etc.) and oversee integrations with Planhat, Hubspot, etc
- Support internal teams with Salesforce configuration changes and process enhancements
- Drive cross organizational learning & technology adoption
- Serve as a strategic learning partner to teams across the organization, empowering them to leverage data for continuous improvement and greater impact
- Develop training programs and create self-serve learning resources to build internal capabilities on using salesforce and how to gain insights from data
- Cultivate peer learning communities to share insights and promote best practices
- Align data collection with the strategic learning questions
- Ensure data integrity, quality, and governance within the Salesforce ecosystem; identify trends and opportunities for streamlining processes
- Design and maintain reporting solutions for impact assessment
- Conduct qualitative interviews and translate data into compelling insights and visualizations to inform decision-making and drive strategy
Preferred Qualifications
Salesforce Administrator certification (Admin 201) or any other relevant experience a plus!
