Product Manager

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field (MBA preferred)
• 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager, preferably in the healthcare or health-tech industry
• Proven expertise in accumulators, copay programs, and healthcare payment systems
• Strong understanding of health insurance, benefits design, and payment processing
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with diverse teams
• Proficient in product management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or similar platforms

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a product roadmap focused on accumulator management, copay programs, and related healthcare solutions
• Conduct market research to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities in the accumulator and copay landscape
• Partner with internal teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and compliance, to deliver high-quality products
• Act as a liaison between payers, providers, and technology teams to gather and prioritize requirements
• Define and document detailed product requirements for accumulator tracking and copay solutions
• Collaborate with developers to build scalable, user-friendly tools
• Test and refine products based on stakeholder feedback and performance data
• Ensure all products adhere to healthcare regulations, including HIPAA and other industry standards
• Monitor changes in healthcare policies affecting accumulators and copays, adjusting strategies as needed
• Analyze user data and metrics to measure product success and identify areas for improvement
• Deliver actionable insights to stakeholders, ensuring data supports decision-making processes
• Provide support and training to clients and internal teams on new features and updates
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues related to accumulator and copay functionalities

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with PBMs (Pharmacy Benefit Managers), EHR systems, or claims processing software is a plus
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and trends impacting healthcare payments is a plus
