Summary

As a Product Manager II, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver core features for our automation tools, focusing on user-friendliness and scalability. You will work closely with senior PMs, engineers, designers, and customer-facing teams. This role requires using data and customer feedback to make decisions and contribute to product launches and documentation. Requirements

  • 4-5 years of experience in product management, or a mix of product-focused roles in software, engineering, or technical consulting
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and simplify complex ideas
  • Comfortable using data and customer feedback to make decisions
  • Some familiarity with APIs, automation tools, or technical systems integration
  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical or related field, or equivalent practical experience (i.e. software engineering experience); an MBA is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Senior & Principal PMs to develop product requirements and help shape the roadmap for automation capabilities
  • Work cross-functionally with design and engineering to ship features that are intuitive, scalable, and reliable
  • Partner with customer support, sales engineers, and account teams to gather feedback, debug issues, and prioritize enhancements
  • Use customer feedback and product analytics to evaluate success and recommend improvements
  • Contribute to product launch activities, documentation, and training materials for internal and external stakeholders
  • Work in an environment that values customer success, long-term thinking, inclusion, and team wins

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working on B2B SaaS or platform products
  • Previous exposure to automation tools, event-based systems, or workflow builders
  • Experience working with enterprise customers or customer-facing teams
