Summary
Join StackAdapt's Product team as a Product Manager specializing in customer data. You will build products to help customers ingest, manage, and leverage their data. This role requires experience shipping successful digital products, a data-driven approach, and strong communication skills. StackAdapt is a remote-first company, open to candidates in the US or Canada. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver a world-class customer data management product. The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of product management, advertising technologies, and customer data platforms.
Requirements
- Proven experience shipping products as a Product Manager at a digital SaaS company (and can speak to your successes)
- Prior experience with advertising technologies and AdTech
- Prior experience working with customer data platforms
- Understand Product Management craft and theory. You can speak intelligently about Product Management practices and have the practical experience to back it up
- You live in the weeds and can speak about how you can zoom in and out as needed to optimize our process as effectively as possible
- Wearing multiple hats is second nature to you; one minute, you could be talking technical details on a ticket, and the next youβre presenting your ideas to the Revenue team without skipping a beat
- An in-depth understanding of Lean and Agile best practices
- An in-depth understanding of design thinking, inclusive design, and usability heuristics
- You prioritize projects with reason, clarity, and purpose - ensuring alignment across stakeholders and focusing on the KPIs and metrics youβre moving
- You understand what it means to lead by influence, not formal authority
Responsibilities
- Research, understand, and validate user needs and market opportunities; translate that into a path that aligns with our goals and vision
- Develop a short and long-term vision for your portfolio, which helps you forge ahead, ensuring that we accomplish our goals
- Be hyper-focused on every last detail, ensuring weβre always working on the most impactful feature
- Deliver products end-to-end with a team of talented engineers and designers
- Communicate across the organization to ensure that all stakeholders are kept up-to-date
- Deliver a world-class customer data management product to help our customers fully leverage all of their data
- Resolve questions about your portfolio of products from customer-facing teams, as well as help to triage bugs and regressions as they appear
