Product Manager

Summary

Join Stedi, the world's only API-first healthcare clearinghouse, as a Product Leader for our Eligibility Manager product. You will own the product roadmap, work closely with the CEO and Head of Engineering, and be responsible for the end-to-end user experience. This role requires substantial product management experience in healthcare B2B software, a proven track record of successful product adoption, and the ability to translate complex customer needs for technical audiences. You will gather customer feedback, collaborate with design and engineering teams, and measure product performance. Requirements

• Substantial product management experience at a healthcare B2B software company with a track record of delivering successfully-adopted UI and/or API products
• Have an established, demonstrable track record of driving product adoption and managing a product roadmap
• You can translate complex customer requirements to a highly technical audience
• Highly curious; not satisfied with getting something to work, you want to understand why it works and how to make it high quality
• You thrive in an ambiguous environment, and lean on automation to eliminate toil

Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap for substantial portions of our clearinghouse product
• Report directly to the CEO and work closely with the Head of Engineering to develop product direction
• Be the primary author of complex, technical product and business documents (e.g. PR/FAQs, BRDs, GitHub tickets)
• Work with our healthcare customers to gather feedback and requirements and translate them into actionable product
• Work with our design team to develop mockups and wireframes and our engineering team to prioritize and deliver features
• Measure product performance to track adoption and identify areas of investment. Own metrics related to product adoption/engagement
• Support and provide expertise on other product initiatives, helping to advance Stedi’s overall product suite
