Requirements

• At least 7 years of Product Management experience, including experience in various forms of structured Software Development Lifecycle management
• Experience building products that incorporate and re-use components across multiple business or product lines
• In-depth customer engagement and management experience, including gathering requirements, explaining products, gathering feedback, and addressing issues
• Passion for football and sports with a keen understanding of the sports community and culture
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Understand customer workflows and needs; determine parameters for usability of solutions
• Collaborate with design, analytics, engineering, and in-house sports personnel to ensure timely delivery of appropriate solutions
• Own the in-product onboarding experience and provide customer guidance and support
