Summary

Join Super Dispatch as a Product Manager to build and innovate product initiatives for our Driver App. This fully remote role requires collaboration with engineering teams in Central Asia and management in the US. You will work in a fast-paced, data-oriented environment, focusing on customer needs and product development. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of Product Management experience, but candidates with an engineering background are also considered. This is a high-growth opportunity at a SaaS company with significant growth potential.

Requirements

  • Ideally 3-5 years of Product Management experience with a strong track record of growth for your area of responsibility
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate across remote and distributed teams in different time zones, including the US, Europe, and Central Asia

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to research and prioritize customer problems
  • Own the problem space of your product and customer segment. Become an expert in understanding and communicating our customers' jobs, needs and pain points
  • Work closely with your team (design, engineering, analytics) to define, document, and execute on the vision and the roadmap for your product based on the overall Product Strategy
  • Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of your product and initiatives
  • Communicate on a regular basis your progress on roadmap items, learnings, plans, and problems you have identified
  • Share in a standardized format insights from customer interviews and product analytics that shaped specific use cases
  • Partner with Marketing to form a go-to-market strategy for key initiatives

Preferred Qualifications

  • Would consider the right candidates with an engineering background looking to get into product management
  • Bonus points if you have a background in transportation/logistics, B2B, or Marketplace products
  • Experience working in a metrics and experimentation-driven organization
  • Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced startup culture by adjusting quickly to changing priorities, multitasking effectively, and delivering results with limited resources
  • Analytical problem solver with the ability to structure and process data, navigate uncharted waters, and draw actionable insights to tackle complex challenges
  • Collaborative and open-minded team player, skilled at working cross-functionally, building positive relationships, and giving and receiving constructive feedback effectively
  • Customer-focused and proactive, with the ability to deeply empathize, patiently gather feedback, and proactively deliver innovative solutions to address customer problems
  • Systematic thinker with a strong ability to balance big-picture strategy with detailed execution and delivery
  • Open to criticism and ideas, with a positive attitude toward feedback and continuous improvement
