Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience as a Product Manager, with a strong technical background in software development, DevOps, or cloud infrastructure
• Proven experience in delivering enterprise software products or platforms
• Ability to engage deeply with engineering teams and understand technical architectures and system constraints
• Experience with UX/UI design, working closely with design teams to deliver intuitive solutions
• Strong track record of managing product roadmaps and launching products that meet the needs of enterprise customers
• Experience working with external partners and managing integrations into enterprise environments
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate customer needs into actionable product features
• Analytical mindset, with a focus on using data to drive product decisions

Responsibilities

• Driving the roadmap for configuration, ensuring a seamless, user-friendly, and efficient experience
• Collaborating with design and engineering teams to create intuitive UX/UI that simplifies complex enterprise setups
• Translating technical requirements into product features, working closely with engineering to manage the product lifecycle from concept to launch
• Managing relationships with external partners to ensure smooth integration of the product into various enterprise systems
• Conducting user research and competitor analysis to understand customer pain points, market trends, and opportunities for differentiation, continually improving the product experience
• Defining and tracking key product metrics to measure success and inform future product development
• Launching and iterating on new product features with a focus on scalability, reliability, and ease of use
• Staying updated on industry trends and competitor products to shape product strategy and identify new opportunities for innovation and growth

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with Web3 technologies and ecosystems
• Knowledge of modern technologies used for system configuration and automated deployment
• Understanding of decentralized systems or distributed ledger technology (DLT)
• Experience in fast-growing companies where you’ve managed products through rapid iterations and scaling
