  • Develop a balanced roadmap, prioritizing quick wins and long-term product differentiation

  • Work with the Design team to create an intuitive, data-driven user experience
  • Work closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Legal teams to drive smooth go-to-market execution and strong customer adoption
  • Establish best practices for measuring the impact of pay intelligence solutions, including A/B testing, user research, and data validation
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and iteration, leveraging customer feedback and market trends to refine the product strategy
  • Balance speed and data-driven decision-making while ensuring the roadmap aligns with customer expectations and business goals

Preferred Qualifications

Experience collaborating with Data Science and Engineering teams to build AI-driven insights or recommendation engines
