Product Manager

Summary

Requirements

• 3+ years of product management experience working with user-facing mobile applications
• Technical background to understand technical concepts, frontend and backend interactions
• Experience collaborating with designers and an understanding of UX/UI principles to deliver user-centred products
• Strategic mindset and adaptability to navigate and make decisions in ambiguous or rapidly changing environments
• Comfortable working in a cross-functional team environment, including other product teams and project managers
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills
• Strong communication and presentation skills, capable of articulating complex concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Lead product discovery sessions to address external and internal stakeholders' requests and ensure their needs are translated into effective solutions
• Ensure the delivery team fully understands the problem and translates it into clear, actionable solutions that effectively address the needs and align with the desired outcomes
• Lead Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) initiatives, ensuring that Trafi WL meets accessibility standards
• Define and shape products and take ownership of the domain, drive it’s vision, development, and alignment with organizational goals
• Effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels, delivering regular updates on product progress, addressing challenges, and highlighting key milestones
