Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in product management, ideally in marketplace platforms, e-commerce, or consumer-facing technology
• Proven track record in designing and launching successful products with outstanding user experience
• Expert-level skills in analytics tools and methodologies, including A/B testing, experimentation frameworks, and data interpretation
• Exceptional taste in design and user experience, able to thoughtfully critique and improve design proposals
• Strong problem-solving skills, with a passion for finding innovative solutions to complex challenges
• Excellent communication skills, comfortable working asynchronously and collaboratively within a remote-first environment
• Proactive, self-driven, and passionate about elevating the user experience

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap and execution for Wander’s marketplace, aligning closely with design, engineering, and business teams
• Drive product decisions using qualitative insights, rigorous data analysis, and A/B testing
• Collaborate with designers to create beautiful, intuitive user experiences
• Define success metrics, measure results, and rapidly iterate to enhance marketplace performance
• Communicate effectively across teams, ensuring clarity and alignment around product strategy and execution
• Stay attuned to user needs, market trends, and competitor dynamics to inform strategic decisions

Preferred Qualifications

• Background or strong interest in travel-tech, hospitality, or similar industries
• Background in software engineering or demonstrated ability to deeply understand technical systems, architecture, and technical tradeoffs
• Previous experience in early-stage startups or high-growth environments
