Product Manager, Custody

Summary

Join Crypto.com's Product Management team and drive product initiatives from inception to execution, impacting and launching products/features globally. Collaborate with engineers, designers, analysts, and marketers to deliver exceptional products. This role offers the chance to architect and manage an industry-changing platform. You will build empathy with customers, prioritize initiatives, perform market research, and represent the team across functions. The ideal candidate will have experience shipping software or financial products at scale and possess strong leadership and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain the team’s roadmap, milestones, and dependencies with strategic priorities in mind
• Define features, write product specifications, facilitate user studies, iterate on feedback, help write test plans with QA, manage the backlog, and ultimately ship products/features in a timely manner
• Interview and interact with customers to build empathy, ensuring that their needs are met
• Prioritize initiatives and projects appropriately and weigh tradeoffs that must be made
• Perform market research and analysis
• Represent the team in communication with cross-functional teams
• Manage specific features within a product line

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with settlement operations
• Experience with regulated financial products for institutional clients
• Domain knowledge of digital assets, private key management
• Good aptitude for understanding technical concepts and applying them
