Remote Product Manager, Data & Analytics

Summary

Requirements

• 3+ years of product management experience in agile environments
• Previous proven experience in Product, specifically Data & Analytics
• Analytical skills that allow you to question everything, prioritize demands from all departments, and assess impact vs effort
• Know how to open multiple channels to gather and analyze customer feedback and data to inform product decisions
• Soft skills: adaptability, self-motivation, discipline, creativity
• Excellent command of the English language

Responsibilities

• Conducting OKR projects and shipping new features for both paid customers and talents
• Work closely with different stakeholders to assess needs and help with data-driven decisions
• Collaborate with product teams to define key metrics and performance indicators for product success
• Utilize data analytics to drive decision-making and product optimization
• Ensure the integrity and accuracy of data used in product development
• Create and deliver presentations and reports to communicate product performance and strategy

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with SaaS, HR Technology, or Legal Technology would be a plus
