Summary
Join TradeCentric as a Product Manager and collaborate within a Scrum environment to define and deliver mission-critical B2B integration solutions. Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred
- If you are not already a Product Manager, you should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in implementation, customer success, support, engineering, or other customer-facing or technical positions related to B2B products and platforms
- If you are already a Product Manager, you would ideally have 2-3 years of experience in the B2B, eCommerce, or Integration domains
- Excellent project management and organization skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, communicate at an Executive level, as well as write User Stories
- A great teammate. Confident and passionate, yet humble and empathetic
- Comfortable working within a Scrum environment
- Experience with application integration, systems integration, or business process orchestration
- Comfortable with the technical aspects of business applications including security, API, data and file formats and protocols
Responsibilities
- Work with Product leadership and the Product Management team to plan roadmaps that align with our strategic objectives while leveraging feedback from customers and functional stakeholders, product performance and usage data, and competitive analysis
- Collaborate with Design and Engineering to translate product requirements into technical specifications, prioritize development tasks, and ensure timely delivery of features
- Collaborate with Marketing and other functions to develop go-to-market strategies, create compelling product messaging, and execute effective product launches
- Support the business as the SME for your area by delivering product updates, demos, training, assistance on sales and customer calls, and expertise during critical support issues
- Track key performance metrics (KPIs) to measure product success and identify areas for improvement
- Build and maintain effective relationships with customers and technical partners
- Support and participate in continuous improvement efforts within the Product team
- Other duties as assigned
Preferred Qualifications
Strong experience with two or more integration technologies and APIs for eCommerce and eProcurement platforms such as Salesforce, BigCommerce, Shopify, Adobe/Magento, Coupa, NetSuite, Ariba, and SAP is strongly preferred
