Product Manager, Growth

Summary

Join Render's Growth product team as a leader, partnering with Marketing, Developer Relations, and Engineering to accelerate product-led growth. You will run a high-velocity, experiment-driven team, deeply understand the customer funnel, and identify opportunities for improvement. Close collaboration with core product teams is crucial to drive new product adoption. Your role involves being the voice of the first-time user, influencing product and go-to-market decisions. This position requires 6+ years of product management experience, a strong understanding of user experience, data analysis skills, and exceptional communication abilities. Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in a Product Management role, with most of that time working on Growth teams or similar at a product-led growth company
• A love of high-quality, well-crafted user experiences and strong intuition for developer tools
• Ability to leverage data and qualitative insights to develop strong hypotheses and excellent collaboration skills to translate hypotheses into winning experiments
• Exceptional communication skills across writing and conversation
• Demonstrated track record in tackling ambiguous problems and shaping them into clear outcomes
• Ability to be generative and creative when coming up with new ways to support developers as they're getting started on a new platform

Responsibilities

• Lead the Growth product team at Render, partnering closely with Marketing, Developer Relations, and Engineering to accelerate and scale our product-led growth motion
• Run a high velocity experiment-driven team the tests rigorous, winning hypotheses and builds on learnings over time
• Deeply understand Render's customer funnel and apply creativity and analytical skills to identify the highest leverage opportunities to improve it
• Partner closely with core product teams on driving adoption for new products
• Be the voice of the first-time user at Render and influence Product and Go-to-market decisions throughout the org with this key audience in mind

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working on pricing and packaging at a SaaS or developer tools company
• Experience as a developer professionally or a technical background

• The starting salary for this role is between $160,000 and $230,000 USD
