Requirements
- Minimum 6 years in product management with proven success in developing and scaling product frameworks and methodologies
- Extensive experience managing full product lifecycle with strategic impact
- Expertise in market research, customer insights, and KPI establishment to drive data-informed product strategies
- Strong capability to identify and mitigate risks, remove blockers, and translate complex challenges into actionable solutions
- Demonstrated ability to act as a trusted advisor, balancing company and client needs while proactively resolving alignment issues
- Proven leadership and mentorship skills, with a track record of building high-performing teams and cultivating collaboration
- Self-driven with full ownership of projects, expertly managing the product roadmap and ensuring delivery beyond expectations

Responsibilities
- Lead the design, enhancement, and implementation of innovative frameworks and methodologies that drive product excellence and operational efficiency
- Convert high-level business objectives into actionable, functional tasks to align cross-functional teams around clear goals
- Operate autonomously managing complex stakeholder relationships across departments, ensuring alignment and buy-in on product vision and priorities
- Proactively identify, analyze, and resolve challenges—especially during escalations—with a solutions-oriented mindset
- Conduct in-depth market analysis to uncover trends, customer needs, and competitive insights that inform strategic product decisions
- Define, track, and report on KPIs to measure product success and inform continuous improvement initiatives
- Own the development and maintenance of the product roadmap, driving timely delivery of features and enhancements aligned with business goals
- Mentor and support junior product managers, fostering a collaborative, innovative, and growth-oriented team culture
- Anticipate potential risks and develop effective mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with Yext platform
- Experience with forms , magazines , and HIPAA compliance requirements
- Knowledge of multi-location business operations and go-to-market (GTM) strategies
- Proficiency in Google Analytics and HubSpot
