Program Manager III

Summary

Join 6sense as a Program Manager and drive high-impact programs within the Product and Technology Program Management team. Partner with cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, User Experience, and Product Marketing, to deliver high-quality programs on schedule. Understand dependencies across functions to optimize the system and deliver high-quality offerings at scale. Communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively to various audiences. Proactively anticipate and mitigate risks, bringing a product mindset to strategy and execution. Assist in stakeholder meetings, track actions, and provide program status updates. Support process improvements and leverage metrics to enhance team performance. Proactively identify and resolve issues, driving execution and removing obstacles.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a technical environment or project management role
• Basic understanding of technical concepts and the ability to communicate them to various audiences
• Knowledge of the principles, practices, standards and tools associated with broad reaching program management
• Ability to build and foster strong relationships across the organization
• Experience working in cross-functional teams
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to assist in synthesizing data and presenting it in a clear manner
• Experience with tracking program metrics
• Good written, verbal communication- Expert collaborator

Responsibilities

• Partners with Product, Engineering, User Experience, Product marketing, and other cross functional teams to deliver programs with the highest quality and on schedule
• Understands dependencies across functions to optimize the overall system and deliver the highest quality offerings at scale
• Communicates complex ideas clearly and effectively; able to adjust communication approach to suit different audiences and stakeholders
• Anticipates upcoming risks and issues and develops risk mitigation strategies proactively in a fast-paced environment
• Brings an experienced product mindset to tie strategy and execution together
• Assists in organizing and participating in stakeholder meetings, tracking actions, and providing updates on program status
• Supports process improvements and assists in leveraging metrics to improve team performance
• Proactively identifies and resolves issues, goes beyond status reporting to drive execution and remove obstacles
