Requirements

• Possess exceptional communication skills, with the ability to influence and align diverse stakeholders at all levels of the organization
• Demonstrate strong strategic thinking and decision-making skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment
• Possess expertise in developing and executing product strategies, including market analysis, competitive research, and defining product roadmaps
• Demonstrate proficiency in analyzing data, metrics, and KPIs to drive product performance and decision-making
• Have a deep understanding of user-centered design principles and practices, with the ability to translate customer needs into innovative product solutions
• Possess a proven ability to mentor and develop other product managers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance team culture
