Product Manager (Trust & Safety)

Summary

Join Brillio as a Product Manager (Trust & Safety) and champion a product strategy focused on keeping the Client Live community safe. You will collaborate with various teams to define and build experiences for Live sellers and buyers, addressing trust and safety issues. This role involves identifying risks, creating policies and enforcement mechanisms, and influencing stakeholders across the client organization. You will need 5+ years of product management or strategy consulting experience, preferably with e-commerce experience. Requirements

• 5+ years of product management or strategy consulting experience with e-commerce experience preferred
• Ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment and make tradeoffs based on incomplete data
• Proven track record to define and execute on complex product roadmaps through cross-functional collaboration
• High levels of ownership and an entrepreneurial spirit to not only identify emerging problems but also address them in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Champion a product strategy for trust & safety through a combination of understanding customer needs, business goals, market trends, and competitor insights
• Identify areas of risk to the client Live platform and make complex tradeoffs to refine a zero-to-one roadmap of technical product enhancements
• Roll up your sleeves and do what it takes to create policies, SOPs, and enforcement mechanisms and scale them across cross-functional stakeholders
• Influence risk and policy stakeholders across clients to make the voice of the Live seller and buyer at the forefront of decisions
