Requirements

  • Atleast 1-2 years experience in B2B SaaS product marketing
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful product marketing campaigns
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling product messaging and collateral
  • Key eye for good design and user experience
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, and marketing
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data and market insights to drive decision-making
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Self-motivated and proactive with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
  • Passion for technology and staying up-to-date with industry trends
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field (MBA is a plus)

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the product management team to understand product features, benefits, and target segments and convey the value proposition of features in an effective manner
  • Collaborate with the onboarding, sales & customer success team to identify opportunities to improve the onboarding process, increase activation, and reduce churn
  • Tailor messaging to resonate with different segments of the target audience. Build in product tours and guides for different ICPs by understanding their pain points and how Wati helps alleviate them
  • Analyze market data and customer insights to refine the positioning and messaging of the different Wati plans, and effectively communicate the plans to new customers and upsell plans to existing customers
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to create integrated marketing campaigns that generate awareness and drive demand for free tools or other such lead magnets
  • Regularly review key performance indicators (KPIs) related to monetization, conversion rates, upgrade rates, retention rates for launched campaigns to understand if success criteria was met
