Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a strong focus on strategy planning and brand management
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills—both written and verbal
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail
- Proficiency in Salesforce and an understanding of market research concepts (JTBD/ODI methodology preferred)
- Ability to thrive in a high-paced, dynamic work environment while managing multiple priorities
Responsibilities
- Be the Market Expert: Dive deep into industry trends, competitors, influencers, and target audiences to keep Daxko at the forefront of the market
- Shape Winning Strategies: Develop and execute annual intelligence strategies designed to achieve market leadership across all verticals
- Deliver Insight-Driven Marketing: Provide Brand Managers and stakeholders with data-backed research, insights, and trends to fuel strategic marketing execution
- Support High-Impact Initiatives: Lead marketing strategy and go-to-market (GTM) efforts for key partnerships, corporate offerings, and Daxko Exchange
- Inform Leadership Decisions: Create compelling assets and contribute to reporting for the Board of Directors and Senior Leadership Team to drive informed decision-making
- Craft Strategies That WOW: Develop persuasive proposals and initiatives that captivate the market and elevate our brand presence
- Foster Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work seamlessly with teams across the organization to ensure marketing, sales, and product goals are perfectly aligned
- Maximize Growth Opportunities: Plan and coordinate cross-product strategies to effectively market and sell additional solutions in alignment with company goals
- Champion the Industry: Bring passion and energy to the fitness, health, and wellness market, helping expand Daxko’s influence and leadership
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Experience in health & wellness technology or SaaS
- Prior exposure to corporate partnerships and strategic GTM efforts
