Summary

Fictiv is hiring a Product Marketing Manager with experience in B2B product marketing or relevant positions to join their marketing team. The candidate will develop clear messaging for marketing and sales campaigns, maintain up-to-date marketing assets, interact with customers and sales reps, evaluate Fictiv's positioning against competitors, coordinate launch campaigns, and deliver copy for various marketing materials. Desired traits include 5-7 years of experience, a relevant degree, strategic thinking, excellent writing skills, organization, project management abilities, comfort working in a matrix-driven model, and experience marketing to technical audiences and senior-level executives.

Requirements

• 5-7 years experience in B2B product marketing or other relevant position
• B.S. in engineering or B.A. in business, marketing or other relevant field

Responsibilities

• Developing clear and effective solution messaging by persona and industry vertical to be used in marketing and sales campaigns
• Maintaining up-to-date messaging and product marketing assets for all Fictiv’s service offerings
• Interacting with customers and Fictiv sales reps to document win/loss analysis and deepen our understanding of our target audience
• Evaluating Fictiv’s positioning against competition to inform positioning
• Coordinating launch campaigns to promote new feature releases
• Delivering copy for emails, ads, web landing pages, brochures and technical to support marketing campaign and SEO initiatives
• Enabling our sales team with product trainings and sales enablement materials
• Delivering case studies and testimonials that provide clear, quantifiable examples of Fictiv’s value

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience marketing to a span of personas such as technical audiences (e.g., mechanical engineers) and senior-level executives (e.g., manufacturing, supply chain, procurement)
• Experience working with technology products that have targeted mechanical engineers, manufacturing, supply chain and procurement managers and 3D Printing/Additive experience is a plus
