Requirements

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, minimum C1 is essential
• Proven work experience in market research, competitive analysis, and strategic planning in a SaaS or technology-driven environment
• Hands-on experience with market analysis tools and methodologies
• Ability to derive actionable insights from data and market trends
• Experience in defining and developing customer profiles
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to think strategically and develop long-term plans
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field

• Market Definition: Determine which industries or types of businesses will benefit most from Kamila.ai
• Competitive Landscape : Conduct thorough research on competitors within the AI recruitment platform space
• Adjacent Market Analysis : Analyze similar tools in the space and sister markets like sales tools providing useful solutions to HR recruitment and/or sales pipeline nurturing
